We had very bad experience with Dead River. First time we had a heat issue, the room was too cold. they sent a contractor who fixed it temporarily. But in the following weekend when we were there again, the house was not warm enough. We called them again and they sent a different contacted who charged us 1.5 hour while he only worked there for about 40 minutes. The worst part was he said we needed to replace some water pumps and wolves which would cost us $2000, mostly due to expensive parts. We checked the similar parts and... read more

We ran out of oil a week ago. We prepaid $400 for oil. We were told we would have oil delivered the next day. At this time we have called Dead River Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, promises, no delivery. At this time Dead River has stolen our money. We have no oil.
