I purchased a package of three waxes.. used one and had my seccond wax scheduled 11/17 for 1pm. Showed up a half hour early and the doors were locked. I called multiple times and text her number as well with zero responses. I then got let in the building where her studio was only to discover the salon is no longer there. De'Actra is absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was so relaxing and her services are VERY professional!!! She makes me feel so comfortable! Her Scrubs and Souffles smell delicious enough to eat, and are highly effective skin care products! I will be returning!!!
