Very poor at responding to My Chart requests or returning calls. Other than that, they do fine...
Office staff are friendly and efficient. Gina told me when I started using the Cpap I would not have to get up to use the restroom at night and I would soon feel rested after a good nights sleep. I am thrilled to report that she was right! I’m feeling so much better since I started Cpap!
Went to the East location for a sleep consult. The doctor was fine, but they are not up front about their billing practices. You will pay for a consult with doctor and also get billed separately for a “facility fee” just to be in basic exam room for 30 minutes. No paperwork was given to me regarding this 2nd fee other than the typical “sign the pad agreeing to financial liability”
I have had to have my mask replaced once and today my husband went in to get a part called a elbow replaced . He was told nothing could be done till Friday today is Tuesday the staff is rude and vet disrespect full they said that they had a file on me it sounded as thought they were saying oh we know her and not in a good wY I will not go back there ever angin
Tanaporn Rasameesoraj was rude to me I just had hysterectomy last year in July. First thing out of her and the nurse mouth was I gained 15 pounds since I last seen her. Took several days for them to get back to me. When I have a question about my sleep machine. She forced this on you when you try to stand up for your self she asked if you seen your therapist or if you have a metal health issues.
