I went in for an ultrasound on my kidneys and bladder .VERY RUDE TECH HER NAME WAS ALLYSA.SHE WAS PRESSING DOWN HARD WITH THAT WAND I LET HER KNOW SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD HEAVY HANDS I HAVE HAD THESE DONE BEFORE THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE I BET I WAS ONLY IN THERE 5 TO 8 MINUTES SHE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE DOING ANYMORE ULTRASOUNDS ON ME SHE WAS ROUGH AND IN A HURRY AND THIS WAS DONE AROUND 8 IN THE MORNING SHE HAD THE WHOLE DAY TO GO I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE ELSE THAT GOT HER.

I wish I could give them zero stars….. I was there for my wife’s ultrasound, since she is in bad pain. The lady at the desk was nice and said to just ask the tech who comes to get my wife if I can go with my wife to help comfort her. The ultrasound tech was mean and unprofessional refusing to let me go in to comfort my wife. I am appalled at the tech’s nerve. Absolutely the most disrespectful disgusting MRI techs I have ever seen will update this once I speak to someone higher up about the person's name and position because there is no way they are a professional with the way they speak and act towards someone.
