The MTM staff are great and really helpful (Stephanie and Melissa). The providers are friendly. Its a hard job dealing with people in pain (its hard to be in pain too) and the providers are very understanding about it. Dr. Roberts makes sure you receive consistent care which isn't something most medical organizations really do anymore. The one downside is only having providers in the office 2 days a week during a shortage, in the 5 hours it takes to get ahold of someone whatever stock you found is gone. I wanted to thank Laura for being proactive during my injury and a shortage, I appreciate you. The MTM staff are great and really helpful (Stephanie and Melissa). And I have to say Dr. Roberts has provided the best consistency of care of any office I've seen in over 30 yrs. Nobody wants to have to go to pain management, but they do the best around. Of course, there are rules that must be followed. But, and it's a big one, it's because there are a lot of laws they have to follow or they could lose their career and education. ... read more
I find this office to be the utmost professional. The office is clean and the wait time is short. There is a bathroom located within the waiting area. The staff is kind and courteous. MyChart makes it easy to communicate with providers by skipping phone calls. I feel like the staff really listens and responds to needs as they come along. I would recommend this office for all your pain management needs. I have used them several times whether for COMP or for personal chronic pain needs.
