Do not ever go to this place. They will steal from you starve you and drug you. And they will never let you leave. My mom had to sign out AMA because of these people. I wouldnt recommend ever going to anything deaconess and especially this place. They have a camera in the room and that is creepy in its own and they think they have to watch you all the time when they dont. Supposed to be a hospital but seems like it is not. Jennifer B. At diagnostic services is highly professional and offers great customer service. Adam in the ultrasound department is quite informative and polite and embody the culture that Deaconess Gateway promotes. 10/10 will return again.
Well, did it again! Got another CAT Scan, and had about my 6th kidney stone surgery. Geez, those stones are about the most painful thing most of us might experience. Gout is pretty damn bad too, however, surgery just doesn't work on gout, but thankful it does on stones! If you are going to be in the hospital, Deaconess is the place to be in Evansville...
I was there for a client, and she was taken care of so well. The nurses, Dr. And the tech who helped us, all were so friendly. Just made her feel relaxed and comfortable. This was probably the one of the best experiences I've had at a hospital. Attentiveness and kindness go a long way, and the staff here had lots of both!
