My complaint is how they treat overweight patients. It’s almost like we’re lepers, or something. My number one issue is that they have a weight limit on their toilets! What the heck?! It’s because the toilets come out of the wall and not the floor. They do this to “save money”. I have numerous other complaints, but this is my main one and the one I’ll mention.
I'm a caregiver of elderly. Any/every time we've gone to Deaconess Gateway, it's like waiting at an inner city ER. FROM 4 - 7 HRS. What the.. ? Nice building, but what about the care?
