It has been 30days and you can’t help a one leg person get a wheel chair or crutches? Why are you even in business?
Would NOT recommend. We hand delivered a rx for a wheelchair and was told it could take a several months to be approved. Checked back in with them after 6 mos and was told they did not have a prescription for us. Now we have to go elsewhere and start the whole process over again.
Very rude and unwilling to help you with concerns. Called several times to even get an appointment.
