Came into to get a simple blood test and the check in progress was a nightmare. Took 3 staff members to get us checked in, they were unable to answer our questions about insurance and kept side tracking to talk about other patients.

I had an abscess/infection and I’m currently without insurance. So I had to go to the ER. Went around 3pm and got checked in and brought to the back within 10 minutes. They got me in and out within an hour and 15 minutes. They had to check my mouth and give me two shots in the hips to help the pain and swelling. Everyone was very kind and understanding about why I was there even though it wasn’t like, a life or death situation yet.
