Worst ER I've ever been to, walk in with a broken shoulder replacement, go through triage, see a nurse, then see a practitioner that determines if you should see a Dr, BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS HOSPITAL!!!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE 💯💯💯🤬

We had a rough time trying to get my FIL discharged from Gateway. The transport team showed up to take him home at 12:15 but he still had his PICC line in. The transport team canceled and we were told it would be rescheduled by the case worker. We never saw the case worker all day. I had to interrupt our nurse from her doom scrolling several times to ask about when our transport was coming back. Apparently, the case worker dropped the ball and never rescheduled the new transport. We had some really great nurses and some othe... read more
