Urology canceld appointment twice once a surgical procedure without notifying. It is very difficult to get elderly person up and out only to find out appointment canceled . When you call their office you have to leave a message and they never return call. Have been told by their own staff, physicians and other physicians, they are grossly understaffed. Also very rude scheduler when you get one. Highly recommend St. VINCENT.
Very professional and competent care. Just had 2 stints placed by Dr. Martin. Very confident in the surgical team. Tina, was especially helpful after surgery.
As a patient from out of state, the front end staff and nurses in this department need either more relief or better training. The doctors and hospital staff are amazing. I have tried to call and yes they are “to busy” I have messages through my chart which they either do not read to understand your message or pass it off as something else.
