Went to Deaconess Urgent Care on Boehne Camp Road on July 5th at approximately 6:00 p.m. for a low back strain. There was only one other patient being treated and the staff was friendly and very caring and the intake nurse got my wife and myself to a treatment room very quickly. The nurse thar took my vitals was very caring and in just a few minutes Dr Vibbert was in the room and listened to my issues and provided medications and information that are already showing positive effects. All of the staff I interacted with was great, but NP Sue Krieg is probably the best provider I’ve ever seen. Great examination, perfect explanation of next steps, she got imaging arranged immediately, excellent communication of results/treatment, and scripts were called before I got to the car.

I am concerned this clinic is struggling. Np Taylor gave us the run around treatment and seemed very unsure of herself. I won’t be back.
