Just in for Lab work but staff was friendly, and even though there was a lot of people, i was able to get in and out with no issues. Great work!!
We love Dr. Hilary Schroeder and her nurse Tabetha My son has autism and doesn’t do the best in the doctors office, they are always quick to get him in and out with the best care possible! Best pediatrician and nurse we’ve had!!!
I am not a patient there myself but my wife is. She loves the NP Jamie and to give her full credit, after several attempts with her previous Dr. Jamie was the first to give the proper diagnosis and gave her the care that she needed. However the office staff or call center or whomever is responsible for relaying messages are terrible. If you leave a voice mail you may get a return call that day or maybe the next day if your lucky. At that point you will be told you will have to wait a day or two before they can work you in. Been a patient since they were Welbourn clinic 20 years, missed an appointment due to a emergency with my special needs child and was dropped as a patient. No other doctors will take me because they aren't but are taking new patients? Doesn't make since I'm guessing because I have Medicaid! I didn't know you could just drop patients on Anti-depressants and that be it! Thank you Deaconess for dropping a patient of 20 years with a mental health history!
