I have went to them many times and they have not done much for me. My GI specialist is better then this clinic. I see Dr. Lavu as my GI specialist and he at least tries to help. Every time I go to the gi quick care clinic they just don't do nothing. They told me to go to the ER if I keep throwing up to get fluids
I am going through some GI issues and this place does not communicate or have good patient relations. I am switching to a different place because of it. They never call back or if they do it's vague and very general. I have had the same issue for 5 weeks with no diagnosis or relief.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My doctor's nurse insisted I go here for my symptoms. The NP was very dismissive: "I'm a NP and I can't do anything after 5 on a Friday"-yet you're open until 7 and right by the hospital? You can't even do a UA? She mischarted my history (Deaconess does this a lot!) because she didn't actively listen! Bottom line: Went to St. Mary's ER and had a kidney stone which she could've found with a UA! Glad she's milking insurance to get paid for nothing!!!
I had a GI bleed. was Air lifted to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville IN from Mt. Vernon IL. The staff and Dr. 's were Wonderful. All personal were in Great form. They saved my Life. Very up front, and knowledgeable About my diagnosis. My greatest respect to all of them.🙏👍❤️ Thank you so much. 😊
