If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my 2 month old son here for a possible ear infection and fever. I've never experienced such horrible bedside manner. Leslie Stillwell NP did not take him out of his car seat, did not weigh him or even look in his mouth. She listened to his lugs and checked his ears. After doing those 2 things she never even told me her findings. I had to ask. She just gave some Amoxicillin and sent us on our way. We are 5 days past the appointment and he still has a fever. Daughter took my 6 month old grandson yesterday (July 21, 2025) for a rash all over his body. Kelsey Kippenbrock was the np that saw him. Insisted it was hand foot and mouth, even though acknowledging that it didn’t look like it (what she could see by just looking down his shirt). Absolutely no help at all.
