Daughter took my 6 month old grandson yesterday (July 21, 2025) for a rash all over his body. Kelsey Kippenbrock was the np that saw him. Insisted it was hand foot and mouth, even though acknowledging that it didn’t look like it (what she could see by just looking down his shirt). Absolutely no help at all. Horrible. Been here and hour for a dot physical and still waiting. I have other things to do ony day off then set here for a 20 process
Waited in a room WITH an appointment for over an hour BEFORE we were even seen. Saw people with a walk in appointment come in AFTER us and be treated BEFORE we were. Staff care more about goofing around and having a conversation than they do taking care of their patients. This place is an absolute freaking joke
If I could give no stars I would. Went in with my wife who had a cyst that split in two, they said we wasn't signed in and continued to proceed skipping us to take care of people who showed up after us. Poor manners, 2:30 1/29/25 Wouldn't recommend
