This clinic has a lot of bad reviews, and i have no idea why. I went in on a saturday as a walk in, and was in and out in half an hour, WITH a prescription, no problem. Everyone was extremely nice as well. I genuinely think people went to a different location when they wrote these other reviews.
No follow up after tests and the visit was a waste of time. Dr was supposed to prescribe meds after results… one med maybe a second depending on results but they dropped the ball and I didn’t get the first med and they wouldn’t get my results for me…told me to go to ER and get them myself and when I got them said nope no meds unless you go to ER. It’s just bad to be left hanging and not given what you needed and what they said they were giving you
I have taken my mother to this Boonville location several times since they've been open. Always had good experiences here. Today we got right in. The front desk employee and the NP were very nice. The NP took time to listen to my mom and explained the treatment she prescribed as well as what mom needed to do at home. We've always been happy with the care we've gotten here. Today was no different.
Don’t bother. There used to be a good nurse practitioner there and you could get medicine when you need it. Not now. The new upstarts are not allowed to practice medicine as they should anymore. So don’t get sick in the USA or go to deaconess. After talking to friends …no she didn’t do a culture for RSV or anything else. Lousy. And overheard her and the nurse saying unkind things. Very unprofessional. Won’t be going to Deaconess anymore. They hire the wrong kind of workers!
This place was a dream. Im Traveling and needed medical attention. The entire staff was soo attentive and Caring.
