Don’t bother. There used to be a good nurse practitioner there and you could get medicine when you need it. Not now. The new upstarts are not allowed to practice medicine as they should anymore. So don’t get sick in the USA or go to deaconess. After talking to friends …no she didn’t do a culture for RSV or anything else. Lousy. And overheard her and the nurse saying unkind things. Very unprofessional. Won’t be going to Deaconess anymore. They hire the wrong kind of workers!
This place was a dream. Im Traveling and needed medical attention. The entire staff was soo attentive and Caring.
Had a bad fever hit me about 3:45 in the morning and had severe body shaking and elevated heart rate. Called clinic and was told my primary care physician was not in the clinic that day. Suggested make an appointment online thru express clinic. Made an appointment for 12:06 pm. Arrived for my appointment about 15 minutes early and checked in with front desk.
