This is the worst urgent care. Their policy and not in line with the care of their patients. Will never use this urgent care again. No wonder they have 2. Something on Google.
I had did a walk in but they were backed up so I made an appointment to come back. I seen Lacresha Williams, NP and let me tell you she was phenomenal. My anxiety was high before I went in because I've heard the last 10 times I've been sick it's just viral and they don't do anything for me. Plus I've been fighting being sick for the last two weeks. This clinic has a lot of bad reviews, and i have no idea why. I went in on a saturday as a walk in, and was in and out in half an hour, WITH a prescription, no problem. Everyone was extremely nice as well. I genuinely think people went to a different location when they wrote these other reviews.
No follow up after tests and the visit was a waste of time. Dr was supposed to prescribe meds after results… one med maybe a second depending on results but they dropped the ball and I didn’t get the first med and they wouldn’t get my results for me…told me to go to ER and get them myself and when I got them said nope no meds unless you go to ER. It’s just bad to be left hanging and not given what you needed and what they said they were giving you
