Extremely long wait. Sat in the lobby for over an hour. Just us. Not like they were Extremely busy.
This is the worst urgent care. Their policy and not in line with the care of their patients. Will never use this urgent care again. No wonder they have 2. Something on Google.
I had did a walk in but they were backed up so I made an appointment to come back. I seen Lacresha Williams, NP and let me tell you she was phenomenal. My anxiety was high before I went in because I've heard the last 10 times I've been sick it's just viral and they don't do anything for me. Plus I've been fighting being sick for the last two weeks.
