DALS really is a great company to work for. I’ve been with them for over four years now. They treat the caregivers with great respect and understanding. Also the ongoing training sessions, the monthly meetings so everyone knows the latest updates. These are the things I like about DALS, not to mention the flexibility schedule, there is a shift for everyone. Best company I’ve worked for in my Caregiving career .

For over two years DAL (Deaconess Abundant Life) helped us keep my 95+ year old mom at home. They were dependable, responsive, transparent, and safe. The caseworkers went above and beyond the essentials. ALL of them were responsible and competent, several were absolutely amazing helping us navigate what might have been difficult years without them. My mother had part-time and then full-time support from aides at Deaconess Abundant Life services for many years. Over that time Mom received excellent personal care, and developed relationships with many of the aides that evolved into companionship as well as care provider.
