Great customer service from the seller person to dealing with the service department.
This was the first service visit for my new F-250. I was acknowledged/greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My truck was finished by the requested time and I received a phone call when it was complete. Up until now, I was a Chevy truck owner. The service at Deacon Jones Ford was 100% better then the Chevrolet Dealer across the highway. I should have gone Ford 20 years ago!
Great service department. If you need to have service done stop in see Micheal or John Mark or any of the guys in the service department. If you need a new or used car swing by and see Shane.
