I purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate from Midway Dr Garlyn Shelton GMC from Lance Krakowian and Carlos. I only found out after the purchase that the truck already had 166 miles at time of purchase. I have had numerous problems with this vehicle and Lance said the vehicle was new when sold, which it wasn't. New vehicles have between 1 and 50 miles on the odometer with 5-15 miles being standard. I will get rid of this vehicle and not ever get another GMC product since this truck has a lot of electrical problems.... read more

Top of the line dealership!  Keefer Buggle is a great representative of HH Buick/GM.  He is very sincere and honest and goes above and beyond to extend the best customer service!  Keefer is also very highly recommended by former clients.

I am very disappointed...a 2015 Buick Encore (Purchased new from Winegardner Buick) only requires 4.2 quarts of motor oil. Brandywine charged for over 6. An $89 oil change...which was advertised by email for my car Identified by its vin, turned into $40 more. My vehicle just recently had a wheel alignment. The car has no tire wear that would indicate it is mis-aligned and drives straight as an arrow with no hands on the wheel (Brandywine wanted to charge me for a wheel alignment). Brustolon service department has saved me time and again. Lisa, one of the service techs can usually diagnose the issue just off description alone. Carl a master mechanic noticed some complete factory defect, saving me from a seized motor. Can't thank the service crew enough. I will take my truck only there for any major issues. Always buy the extended warranty.

I would give this experience zero stars if I could. I purchased a used vehicle for my 16-year-old daughter from Mark Allen in Collinsville, and the salesperson we worked with was Jeff. The first visit went fine, but when my daughters returned to look at the car again, his attitude completely changed.
