Auto parts still hasn't issued me a refund for a part that I ordered in November and won't be available till end of January. I've called multiple times with no answer. Customer service is horrible.
Bryan and the folks in service are great. I needed a battery in the fleet-managed vehicle I drive for work. I called ahead and they were able to get the battery changed before closing so I didn’t have to reschedule another day’s worth of appointments.
