Very poor service departments at all deacon jones dealerships and all the the managers are only looking to make money becareful I've warned you with my bad experience
I absolutely love the customer service!!! They are really fast, friendly, and the communication is top tier!!! They fixed my car and had it ready sooner than I ever expected. Shot out to Ms. Jodi!!! I highly recommend!!!
I will never buy a vehicle here again, I bought a 2018 Nissan titan pro 4x and a week after I bought it I was having an issue with the heat shield rattling at idle on the exhaust, I went to get it looked at under warranty and the dealership told me it has been damaged like something was run over and fabricated and will not be covered under warranty, I called the manager of who i purchased it from and he called over to the service department and suddenly it was covered, then I went to get my oil changed and then found out tha... read more
