At Deacon Jones Automotive in Goldsboro the customer is number one! Kristi was an excellent salesman and was top notch with her knowledge of the vehicle I purchased. The sales manager, Dennis, was easy to work with and helped get the right price and was prompt in getting the vehicle serviced and ready to go. A great experience all the way around.
I bought a 2020 ford fusion from this dealership about 5.5 months ago and within the first 5 days the check engine light came on and i was told to take it to deacon jones ford but they would not accommodate to my schedule (im maintenance in the military my options are limited) and now i have even more issues with the car i also paid 18,000 for it but the car was only worth around 13,000 and i am extremely disappointed with my purchase.
