I talked directly to the owner. He gave a decent enough sales pitch about his brokerage. It seemed like it was a good conversation. He told me to text or call him if I had any follow up questions, so a few days later I did. He never responded back to those or my email. There's nothing wrong with not wanting to do business with someone for any reason whatsoever, but try some professionalism and be man enough to just tell someone that rather than waste their time!

Sooooo thankful to have stumbled upon them on instagram!!! I was nervous about buying my first home because I knew nothing. They helped me through every step!!! Truly a man for the people! We met Mark Deacon 9 years ago buying our first home, and he taught us SO much... Mark was our first realtor and has stayed our broker since 2015. We’ve purchased multiple homes in Arizona as well as other states and he continues to be the best to work with. Every time he’s introduced to one of my coworkers or friends for purchasing they are amazing at how seamless, quick and almost intuitive he makes the process. If you want someone who does his due diligence, provides a stellar product and is just a good dude - he’s it!!!
