Somewhere, Steely Dan is smiling. Deacon Blues is outstanding. First time there. Lunch on 08/25. Excellent burger and fries. Prices very good. I have since crossed off at least 6 places where i "used" to go. Staff was excellent as well. I heard the pizza was outstanding as well, & will try the next time i go...which will be soon. 5 stars. Finally, a place that gets it...
The pizza was very disappointing. There was no flavor and the bottom crust was soggy. Very unusual for them but not tasteful.
Good food at a fair price, nice family restaurant, try the cheese steak torpedo.
My friend and I came here for lunch after seeing the news about what happened when the owners were on vacation. We felt so bad about their wait staff screwing them over... This is a really good local business to eat at. They have a full bar as soon as you walk in. We were greeted immediately by the bartender and were told we could sit anywhere in the dining area.
