I've had nothing but positive experiences with Deacon and Soldier Properties. Daniel went above and beyond when we applied for one of their properties. Since we started working with them Daniel and Lyn have always been there to help us with any issues that we might have. They really care about their tenants. I'm really happy with their services. If you are looking for a place to rent or buy, I would recommend them.

They are quick to reply and resolve any maintenance issue I bring to their attention. Usually within a day! They have my highest recommendation! The best management firm I've ever worked with.
Management is a nightmare. Unresponsive and extremely careless towards tenants basic safety concerns. Property is poorly maintained and presents hazardous living conditions in even the slightest of storms. When actually able to communicate with the staff, the interactions are usually of the abrasive and ignorant nature. They seem to hold themselves to no moral standard and have zero concern for the safety of families occupying their property or for surrounding neighbors.
