Top Notch Service: My Toyota Prius Hybrid had a dead 12 volt battery. This was complicated by the hybrid system (long story). The tech was knowledgeable and certified on hybrids, he persisted until the problem was solved, he was courteous. He was the third towing company to show up, the first two could not solve the problem.
Al came to us through AAA, he spent time checking my engine over, gave his opinions on what was wrong and what seemed fine. He was so friendly and engaging. And the tow he arranged came so quickly. Thanks Al!
Great Business, with great guys working there ! I did something stupid yesterday, getting caught in a snow covered parking lot, and had to call AAA for a tow. AAA was reluctant to send a truck, fearing that they could get stuck too, but said they would leave it to the discretion of the driver when he arrives. They sent Jamie H., from D.E.A. Al came out to help get my 2019 Highlander started and thankfully discovered my battery needed replacement as it was never replaced and was leaking. (Saved our night and also not having to find this out tomorrow morning before work.) He was very knowledgeable and also super friendly to our little one all while getting us back up and running in no time. Thank you so much for your help and especially your kindness! =]
I did something incredibly stupid today to my car today and needed a minor fix. Everyone in the office was so nice to my family and I. They let us come in the office have snacks and drinks and my car was quickly fixed for free. So thankful to them!
