I have been a patient here for at least a couple years now. Best care I have ever received. I can see the difference between MD and DO here. These DO physicians are more holistic and truly tailor care to you based on your own unique individual life experiences and lab results. They really do care and make the dynamic very personal. Also, I have had the blessing of receiving discounts from there since I am out of pocket. Very happy with the care I've received. Dr Apsley-Ambriz is very caring and professional. She really listens and never rushes an appointment. The office staff is very good. Had a problem getting a prescription filled at Walgreens and Diana went above and beyond to fix it for me. They always greet me by name when I come in.
If I could give no stars I would!! UNPROFESSIONAL! A friend of mine went to see Dr. and it was a horrible experience! She called me frantic. They do not care about their patients well being! DO NOT RECOMMEND, if you would like to receive a call stating they drew your blood up, using A EXPIRED TUBE go ahead and go here!
Whoever answers their phone does not know what kind of practice this is. And apparently, it must have been too close to lunch because she hung up when she didn't understand my questions as to 1. What type of physicians were there at this practice, such as internist, general practitioners. Pediatricians, etc. She didn't know. Then, the phone was disconnected.
