Ordered a chair 9/3/2024. Still waiting. Went there last Saturday. Store was locked. very disappointing. Not much for service or giving a care about their customers
We're DeYoung fans, but I can't recommend the outlet. We were looking for a spare chair that matched a set we purchased a few years ago from them, and we left two behind. The salesman only directed us to full sets on the floor, but we saw there was a back room with more pieces, of course we found the chair there. The price he quoted has to be full price because it was more expensive than what we paid before. Well, we didn't have to worry because his manager gave us a $40 discount... I cannot give five stars based on my experience and I'll explain why. I ordered a mattress back in March 2024 and was told 4-6 weeks it would take for the mattress to arrive. 6 weeks came and no update from the store. When I called, they said my mattress was still being made and there was no ETA as to when it would arrive. Fast forward to July 2024, still no ETA and mattress was still in limbo, basically.
