Do not understand why this place would not take superior vision, a main insurance carrier by this community.
Do NOT take your children here as the clinic is not child-friendly. I had to prompt and comfort my 4 year old son the entire appointment. The doctor never even once actually TALKED to my son unless he was giving him directions. While my son was crying and terrified of the eye drops he never even once spoke to him or comforted him. Then his assistant was less than helpful when it came to picking out glasses. Now we are back at square one as I do not trust that his exam was accurate and they didn’t have the children’s glasses ... read more
Great service and friendly staff! Dr. Dewinter is very knowledgeable and has a great “bedside” manner. They have an awesome selection of glasses and have a trained eye in helping to find you a frame style that looks good on you. I have been a patient for roughly 18 years and I’ve never been disappointed.
Amazing service! I thought I had a contact stuck in my eye and it's about 10:00 pm.. Dr. DeWinter came in and was friendly and thorough. My eye exams have always been thorough, great selection of frames.
Worst eye dr experience ever! They gave me someone else's contacts when i left, leaving me with no contacts at all. When i asked to be part of my kids eye appointments and contact fitting they did it without my knowledge when i was having my eye exam. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.
Walked in with my pair of glasses mangled (bent in all sorts of places, lenses falling out) and they performed the miraculous! Didn't even accept payment, either. Very, very happy with the service!
A very caring eye care center. Follow up phone calls on new eye wear are extra nice.
