Bought a cycle on line from De Ver Cycles, service was first class and they were even able to organise some warranty work completed by my local bike shop. Would definitely buy from them again.
Picked up a Giant Propel bike yesterday from De Ver Cycles. Would feel guilt if I didn't leave a 5 star review. Troy went over and above explaining my new bike, running through everything to ensure I knew how to use it and didn't make any costly mistakes. He did so in a professional but fun manor. Exceedingly happy that I chose to buy my new bike from these guys.
Purchased a Giant Propel Adv 1 today and what an absolute pleasure it was. Maurice went through different sizes and options for me, I had over 50 years of experience advising me. Troy then comprehensively went through everything about my new purchase. Icing on the cake was receiving a signed copy of Maurice's autobiography and I'm really looking forward to reading it. An absolute gem of a shop
Brought a Giant Propel Advanced 1, Maurice really helped me with getting the correct sizing to fit me perfectly! With not living close to the store this was a worry not getting the right size. Maurice went above and beyond for me, i recommend to anyone to purchase a bike to this shop.
