Bruce is the best! He never disappoints and I have never left there dissatisfied. He is extremely knowledgable and skilled in his profession. He helps me recognize causes of tension and teaches me ways of prevention. He far exceeds any expectations of a message therapist. In addition the staff is always helpful, efficient, and welcoming. The best message around is definitely at Destress!

The most wonderful relaxing and energizing massage experience. I've been getting massages with Ica since January. An old back injury has tremendously improved. I can't wait for my appointments. And the whole staff is wonderful! They always greet me by name and provide a warm comfortable environment.
