We came here just look for information and came out with a unit, top notch service! When I walked in and told Kim what I was looking for she took me and the family for a mini tour on the spot to show us some of our options. She explained the process in detail, and was very nice and professional about the whole thing. The sign up process was quick and easy, and she even went the extra mile to come outside and make sure our gate code worked before we headed out. We love love this place. We first came to see the Bridgeville location just passing by. We are from the Western shore in Maryland and was looking for a storage place on the Eastern shore. We fell in love with the staff. Very very nice. When we saw they had other locations the laurel lot was a better suit for us. The location is very clean and spacious. We cannot believe how great this place is. You would not be disappointed
Simple, effortless experience getting a rental unit here. Kim was kind, courteous and professional to deal with. Property is clean and easy to enter and exit.
