Kim is absolutely the best. She cares for all her tenants needs and goes above and beyond for them. If you ever in a pickle and need storage Kim is your lady to go too. Her units are clean and so is the facility. She makes your experience renting as easy as possible. The best of the best you can't go wrong at the DE Storage in Laurel!
Looking for Storage Kim is your go to person. Whether it's over the phone or in person Kim is super friendly. She takes care of all of her tenants. Her office is the best too always decorated for the holidays. And it smells amazing in there. Storage units are clean and she has so many to pick from. Whether you need a small or larger unit she has it all.. Even parking for cars, trailers and campers. Will recommend Kim to all my friends and family. It was great doing business with Kim.
Kimberly and staff are awesome, storage facility is always clean and dollies and carts are accessible.

I think this place is great! Customer service is the absolute best! My storage is clean, I can go anytime and I've never had a single problem. Maybe I'll upgrade!
