Susan Ward most definitely is one of the most experienced stylist beauticians I have ever gone to. This truly is my best styled haircuts I have ever had and I’m a senior grandmother. I went in to see Susan Ward today for a partial highlight and haircut. I knew what I liked and had one picture for her to reference but other than that I struggled a bit to explain my vision. She was very patient, kind and took the time to understand what I wanted. She was spot on, and I left her feeling overwhelmed with happiness. Susan is the most consistent hair stylist I've ever been to. For someone who mostly does women, I was baffled at how incredible my haircuts are as a man.
