All they want is more and more money, my insurance went from $310 to $400 just because I’m 20. My insurance wasn’t even close to $300 when I was 18, it’s just increased since then. I’ll also add that when my Mom sent them money they wouldn’t take it out and she would owe them again. My mom and I are on one plan so it’ll be more expensive but when they don’t even put in the payments that my mom sends them every month it doesn’t help with credit at all.
I’m amazed how they treat a customer if 20 years , got a notice of cancelation of my home owners policy after a jet ski claim . Terrible customer sercive and no explanation other than we out our response in the mail and we don’t have to explain ourselves . I will be moving my many auto policies as well very soon .
