Had oil problems with my bmw X3 and took it to Jerry at Desilva Automotive. Best experience I’ve had with a mechanic in a long time. He explained the issue in plain English, gave me options, and stayed responsive the whole time. Fixed it right the first time and followed up after to make sure everything was good. If you want someone who knows BMWs and treats you like a person, go see Jerry.
