a so called color specialist messed up my hair hurt my neck while she washed my hair transfer me out to someone else to complete the job and the next girl did not want to cut my hair because she said she did not had time. she said she would only blow dry it. I can only speak for the De Sanchez facials. My mother and I both had the Organic facial for $80 each. The entire process lasted 20 minutes at best. The ladies who performed them seemed very rushed. There was no use of steam prior to my blackhead removal, which made the process very painful. My mom's blackheads were left untouched. The website description days it includes steam, so I am not sure as to why this was not done. I feel as if we simply wasted our money. Lesson learned. Will not be returning.

Having 15 yrs of experience in applying wax doesn't earn you a dermatologist degree and definitely doesn't mean you are immune from making a mistake.
