Been going here for 6 years and the last two times I've left the salon so annoyed. Each time I seem to have been forgotten while my dye/treatment was processing. Instead of 30 minutes it's been a lot longer that I've sat there with no one coming to check or wash out my hair. It was like I was invisible (except when it comes time to pay). No one acknowledged or apologized to me for the delay. Not sure if this is a scheduling issue but something needs to be improved or they will lose a regular client.

Vicky is outstanding and I love my hairstyle! I was greeted coming and when paying the cashier was very nice and friendly. Will be going back in a month for my monthly trim and color touch up. Vicky is the best!!!
