TINY EXAMINING ROOM....I FELT AS IF I WAS LAUNCHED TO THE 1950's, BEFORE I WAS EVEN BORN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS.

I scheduled a cleaning with this dental office and forgot my appointment because it was my first time and I accidentally forgot because I received a call three days before my appointment. Things happen. I apologized several times and The receptionist was extremely rude to me and told me I did receive a call the day before (which was Sunday… smh, I obviously did not) and had no customer service skills and gave me a very hard time for missing it, telling me I need to let them know sooner if I need to cancel (I literally forgot... read more
BEST DENTIST EVER!!!
Dr. Desalvo is THE best dentist I have had the pleasure of knowing. He is efficient, gentle and will not try to upsell you on dental work. Prices are kept low, so even as a self pay patient every visit was affordable. Office staff, though small, are wonderful and always helpful. I now live out of state, but plan on scheduling a visit for when I return to Il. I highly reccomend Dr. Desalvo to all!
