Can't imagine doing business with this office, rude, overwhelmed and condescending. Show some love not hate to the world.
Your associate, Paul Serafin, is a very unstable, hateful man who likely has a drug problem. While my interaction with him was not directly related to anything regarding real estate, it was very disturbing. If any of your clients report any kind of issue with him....believe them.
