Poor communication, unwilling to meet with tenants in timely manner to go over month to month statements. Attempted to communicate via multiple emails inquiring about payments that have been sent and when trying to schedule an appointment to meet in person they refuse to meet. Horrible customer service and unbelievable that they are unwilling to meet with tenants.
Awful experience with them
Can't imagine doing business with this office, rude, overwhelmed and condescending. Show some love not hate to the world.
