Last year I had this guy rebuild my mtb shock and he shipped it back to the wrong address. This year I called to ask if he could service my fork - he asked me to send him some pics and he would let me know if he had the parts. I called every week or so, and he just kept putting me off, saying he was "busy with the racing season." This went on for 2 months and I finally gave up. Seems this business is run by a teenager in an adult body!

These guys are the best suspension guys around and the turn around time is great. If your in the market for the best riding and most comfortable suspension don't look no further cause I wouldn't run anything but there suspension customer service is the best I've ever had and quality of work is very top notch
