Owner is very condescending over the phone who doest like to warranty his products. You have to fight tooth and nail with him. Tell him one thing and he understands something completely different. Just a sad old man.

The man behind the counter knew what bearings we needed and in about an hour from arriving, we had the bearings installed and on our way.
