My wife and I have been going to Delaware Ophthalmology for well over 20 years. I called the office to reschedule an appointment with Dr Abel and the receptionist gave me a date and time. Then she asked if my insurance was still as before and I let her know that I have switched plans and did not have the card on me. She immediately told me that she could not schedule the appointment.
