Dr. Bella has been my family doctor for the past three years, and I can confidently say he is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctors I’ve encountered. He is always patient and truly attentive to the needs of his patients. My interactions with Nesrin have also been consistently positive and helpful. The entire clinic staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and supportive. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure the best care and comfort for the patients.
The front desk staff here are extremely unprofessional. This woman that answered my call 12:28 PM was rude and constantly avoided answering phone calls. I had to wait nearly 25 minutes on the phone. The customer service is terrible. All staff seriously need training on how to communicate properly with patients the way they speak will piss you off and just disrespectful. If she dislikes her job so much that she refuse to pick up the phone because it’s “too busy,” then she shouldn’t be working there in the first place.
honestly been coming here for years and Dr.Bella is amazing and so are the staff. They are so patient and welcoming and always meet my needs!
