Great old local hardware store. Found what I was looking for the big box boys didn't have! :-)
Denault's Ace Hardware in San Juan Capistrano is a terrible place. I had an extra key made at Denault's for the front door of my house. When I put the key in the lock, it was stuck and I could not get it out. I had to call a locksmith to change the lock. The locksmith that the key was not cut right. Due to Denault's unprofessional service, I had to pay extra money and I lost valuable time.
I knew exactly what I needed and was able to quickly find what I wanted and within seconds of me grabbing what I needed someone was available to ask if I needed any help. I appreciated the availability of customer service
