Excellent! After years of dealing with IT band and hip issues, I was finally able to find out the cause. Bardia looks beyond the symptoms to fix the real problem and provides great mobility programs. Extremely satisfied with the results!
I have received some of the best treatment at De Motu! Bardia is clearly an expert in his field and maintains a professional yet personal approach with his patients. He is always willing to demonstrate the movements, exercises, and/or treatments that he prescribes to ensure you have a full understanding of it and the reasoning behind it.
