Underbid a job by less than 1/2 what others were bidding then declined to take the job when offered and was a little surly on the phone saying that "it wasn't very much money anyway". Well then you should have submitted a bid that was comfortable for you buddy. Instead I lost valuable time at the tail end of an Friday afternoon trying to get a job started so I could have water in my house over the weekend. Luckily I found a professional company that saved me. So much for trying to go with a local "Mom and Pop" plumber.

Had them repair a broken gate valve by swapping it for a ball valve. In the process they damaged the siding on the house and left the poorly repaired new valve leaking as well as the adjacent pressure reducing valve leaking. The bill was $215 for less than an hour of work. When I called Frank to ask what the hourly rate was he couldn't tell me and never followed up with an answer. More than Happy. Local business, professional and courteous. Got fleeced by a National Outsourced Chain with the dispatcher from India. Wanted to come back on the weekend and fix it on own time under the table. De Miguel Plumbing, responded, estimated returned calls with information and completed the job in less than 2 hours. Called at 5 PM job completed next morning before 10 AM. FOR A JOB DONE WELL…CALL “De Miguel”. You’ll be glad you did.
