Elvis from DE Mechanical serviced our 6.5-year-old State/Takagi tankless water heater and was so user-friendly to work with. He performed a descale, maintenance, and replacement of the flame sensor. At the end of his initial visit in the morning (he arrived promptly when he said he would), Elvis did a test run to ensure the hot water was working, which it was. Elvis and his team did an outstanding job converting our home from oil heat to a two-zone central air system, with one unit in the basement and one in the attic. The installation had minimal impact on the rest of the house, and they even removed the old furnace and cleaned up the old piping, leaving everything neat and tidy.
