They are holding a 401k of mine and rushed me off the phone as quickly as possible. Refused to do a withdrawal or roll over until my employer completes their taxable year. Willing to change rating if someone can call back with some polite, and thorough answers.
I wouldnt hire them, frankly if I was still at the same company I would fire them. I believe they think the participants in a 401k/profit sharing plan work for them instead of visa versa.

Completely rude and unprofessional. The lady cut me off repeatedly making assumptions and telling me to call someone I had just talked to directing me to them. Said I needed to gather paperwork then call back, when I already had that exact paperwork in front of me. So obviously not interested in helping and trying as hard as possible to get me off the phone. She then transferred me to a voicemail. Her name is Adrian.
