Customer service is the worst, no wonder it’s a 1 star reviewed company
Customer service is horrible. I did NOT choose this company. My previous employer did. They are rude on the phone and email. Especially if this is your first experience with any form of retirement. They do not like it if you ask questions regarding rolling over accounts.
They are holding a 401k of mine and rushed me off the phone as quickly as possible. Refused to do a withdrawal or roll over until my employer completes their taxable year. Willing to change rating if someone can call back with some polite, and thorough answers.
I wouldnt hire them, frankly if I was still at the same company I would fire them. I believe they think the participants in a 401k/profit sharing plan work for them instead of visa versa.
