I have eaten their pizza for 40 years, initially at the original place in Bayview. It has been my favorite pizza. However, I recently had a large sausage pepperoni and the sausage was sparce, tiny and overcooked. I almost always order the extra cheese and this time I didn't. But, the sausage which used to be the highlight was very underwhelming.
Very friendly waitress and staff. But the pizza was horrible. The food was VERY processed. There was nothing authentic about it. Ive actually had better frozen pizza. Big disappointment and a waste of money. We were the only ones in the dining room, now I know why.
My mother-in-law had her birthday party at DeMarinis Pizzeria with about 50 guests. She had appetizers first and dinner later. There was a very nice selection of appetizers including antipasto tray, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and dip. The dinner included lasagna, pizzas and chicken Alfredo. Everything was fantastic! Staff was very helpful and price was reasonable. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Would highly recommend.
