Sunday night my shower began to drain into my dining room, by 9 am Monday they had a plumber on site and the issue was resolved (fingers crossed).
I called DeLuca plumbing for an estimate on relocating and replacing a water heater in my modular home. They came out a half hour late and I never heard from them again. I called them 3 times up to a month later after finally giving up. I could not even get a written estimate from them and this was a complete waste of time. Terrible communication and unprofessional. I have to assume in today's world that this was simply too small of a job for them to care. I would much rather have them say "sorry sir, we cannot do this job" ... read more
