Dr.De Los Santos listens to your concerns you have about your health. He doesn't dismiss you like other doctors do.I was in the hospital for 3 weeks and EVERY SINGLE DAY he was there to check on me. Even when I was off the medical floor and on the Rehabilitation floor for my leg. The staff is amazing! Regina at the front desk is very helpful when it comes to the Scheduling. Worst Dr. EVER !!!! He don't care about patients and the wait is LOOOOONG ! I Went from patient to impatient. NEVER going back with him

I’ve called the office for an update on a referral spoke with Lourden and shes rude, hung up the phone and refused to pass the phone to the office manager.. then she says she’s the only one in the office, very unprofessional right there Lourden needs more training or she needs to be replaced
