Asi es, no se porque el Dr no le da la atención en tener mejor servicio al cliente la sra de nombre “NORMA “tiene extremadamente mala actitud muy desagradable hasta con sus compañeras de oficina.

I’ve called the office for an update on a referral spoke with Lourden and shes rude, hung up the phone and refused to pass the phone to the office manager.. then she says she’s the only one in the office, very unprofessional right there Lourden needs more training or she needs to be replaced

Dr. Is very nice but he needs to work on hiring better customer service reps. Norma is the worst! She one of the most uncaring, unprofessional, rude office clerk. She really needs to be replaced. I really hate going to that Dr just because of her. I’m looking into changing Dr. They need to put her to clean the restrooms instead of answering phones or attending to people.

This has got to be the worst medical place I have visited. No incoming or outgoing faxes nor via email. They are still stuck in bed rock age of mailing out paperwork. They ask you to leave your number and they never get back to you and the phone is transfered from person to person. Front desk customer service wreaks and the doctor is never available to talk to according to reception. They need proper medical and customer service training. This doctor can't possibly not be aware what goes on in his office.
